Good News for Brits!

This is something most Brits will love to hear: drinking moderate amounts of tea and coffee can significantly reduce the risk of  heart disease! The claim is that the antioxidants found in both drinks remove free radicals from the body. But as with all of this: moderation and a otherwise healthy lifestyle is the key. ...Where's my cuppa then?!
